‘AGREED’

Everyone in GLCT group ‘AGREED’ they had enjoyed a fantastic visit to this world-famous opera house from the glorious Spring sunshine (jpgs 3537; 3536; 3532) and the warm welcome from the Glyndebourne team to the amazing production of the brand new opera ‘AGREED’.

On Weds 27th February 2019 morning they were invited to a special performance for schools consisting of classical and world music with jazz; a chorus of 80 local singers of all ages (many from local schools and colleges) plus 5 professional soloists and an orchestra of local young musicians.

The GLCT invited pupils from Grove Park, Crowborough, Manor Green College, Ifield and Woodlands Meed, Burgess Hill who are all studying drama, and two of those schools are working to gain their Arts Mark. All of them watching this performance were completely spell-bound throughout their visit.
