A visit to South of England 50th Anniversary Show was an exciting, very chilly, day for pupils of Manor Green College, Ifield as guests of GLCT on Thursday 8th June 2017.
GLCT helpers were joined by Anisa Field (Titan Travel) who accompanied one class throughout their visit.
Classes spent their day looking at various domestic and farm animals; watching displays by The Devil’s Horsemen (many of the riders and horses star in films and tv programmes) and looking at various stalls and activities as well as watching helicopters fly in and out of the site. Many of the traders were very generous to the groups and the young people happily compared notes on who had collected most ‘freebies’ at the end of the day.
