Friday 2nd December 2022 saw the return of a GLCT annual favourite project inviting children from 7 local special needs schools to enjoy a morning on the steam train.
With Christmas music as the children arrived in the car park and throughout the train ride
Members of West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service on hand to help where needed making sure all was well for the groups as the children enjoyed their morning.
Santa and his hard-working elf made the trip really special, of course.
Each Child received a gift from Santa and a song as they made their way off the platform.
Business partners, long-time supporters of GLCT and all helped to make this an early Christmas treat for the children. And if you doubt it was a special morning every picture tells a story.
