Each Autumn the Education Department at Glyndebourne are kind enough to invite GLCT join the ballot for tickets to their ‘Performance for Schools’.
In the main most children and young people love live music and drama productions.
And pupils with special needs are no exception.
To invite them to share a unique experience at the world-famous auditorium with all the emotions of the full-length, full-scale production is incredible.
On 14th October 2023 pupils from Grove Park, Crowborough and Woodlands Meed, Burgess Hill thoroughly enjoyed the performance of Donezetti’s ‘L’elisir d’Amore’.
It was funny and also truly magical.
