The easiest way to keep in touch with The Golden Lion Children’s Trust is by email. We will not share any of your details with a third party.
If you prefer that we don’t contact you via email please tell us by email or in writing.
We may collect, store and use your personal information that you chose to give to us by phone, email, letter or text in order to carry out the work of the Golden Lion Children’s Trust in arranging and carrying out projects to benefit the children and families supported by the charity.

If you submit personal information for publication on the GLCT website we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence you grant us.

The Golden Lion Children’s Trust may collect some, or all, of the following with your consent: name; email address; postal address; telephone number; mobile number; other relevant information.
In the case of children and young people GLCT may require health information from a responsible adult, in order to arrange appropriate projects or activities from which the children or young people may benefit. This information could include the nature of their Special Educational Needs or health condition (if appropriate) and/or which school or college they attend.
Retaining personal information
Your personal information will not be held by the Golden Lion Children’s Trust for longer than is necessary for the charity to organise and arrange projects to benefit the children and families the GLCT supports.
Should you no longer wish to be contacted by the charity you should state your wish in writing and you would then no longer be contacted by GLCT.
Disclosing personal information
Your personal information may be shared with any of the Golden Lion Children’s Trust in order to enable the charity to organise projects to benefit children and families supported by the GLCT.
We may disclose your personal information where required to do so by law; or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

With your consent GLCT may collect and hold case studies or stories of Golden Lion Children’s Trust projects that you have been involved in, which may be used when reporting to funders and/or for promotional purposes.

The transmission of information via the internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

The Golden Lion Children’s Trust website uses cookies for the sole reason of helping us to understand how many visitors come to our site – and whether our visitors are first time or repeats. Our cookies do not store personal information about you.
